"Friends of Kewalos is holding a community gathering to stop residential development in Kaka'ako Makai. If you can make it, please come!
Like Ala Moana Beach Park, the Kaka'ako Makai area is a precious resource. Malama Moana continues to support this important issue and Friends of Kewalos. Kaka'ako Makai cannot be sold to developers even by OHA. Also, if an exception to develop this area is made legally, this will be the broken dam that opens the floodgates of development in other areas once protected by law.
Please share this and sign their petition to keep this land legally protected from residential development.
