Starting all over again. Note the smaller foil for prone foiling. I wanted to get a feel of this smaller foil and I think I can feel comfortable in prone foiling with it. Still getting used to foiling in small steps. I haven't foiled since late February 2022 due to shoulder surgery early March. Minimal ligament tear at the tip of the rotator cuff. All good now but still cautious.
Didn't expect the winds today. Yesterday there were better conditions with no winds. There's always another day.
