I'm addicted to dishes from Leahi Health in Aina Haina.

This is called the Bacon Mustard Bowl. The 'bacon' is actually coconut. All vegetarian! So ONO!

Kale salad, hummus, avocado, grape tomatoes, almonds and mock bacon over brown rice.
