Last month we had a program at work offering free Meditation sessions. I wasn't sure if I'd like it but I signed up to try. It turned out, I liked it!
It's just using an App on your phone to watch videos and follow along the breathing and stretching exercises. The exercises start super easy but get a little longer as the days progress. The best thing about the App is that everyday is different and you can choose what time of day you want to do your meditation. Variety and flexibility!
Naoko is now offering the program to anyone, I signed up AGAIN!

I know some of the Courts boys been doing Yoga, I don't think I'm ready for that but Meditation is something we all can do!
