I'm addicted to dishes from Leahi Health in Aina Haina.
This is called the Bacon Mustard Bowl. The 'bacon' is actually coconut. All vegetarian! So ONO!
Kale salad, hummus, avocado, grape tomatoes, almonds and mock bacon over brown rice.

Meditation 08-29-2022
Last month we had a program at work offering free Meditation sessions. I wasn't sure if I'd like it but I signed up to try. It turned out, I liked it!
It's just using an App on your phone to watch videos and follow along the breathing and stretching exercises. The exercises start super easy but get a little longer as the days progress. The best thing about the App is that everyday is different and you can choose what time of day you want to do your meditation. Variety and flexibility!
Naoko is now offering the program to anyone, I signed up AGAIN!
If you would like to try, it's only $30 for the month.
I know some of the Courts boys been doing Yoga, I don't think I'm ready for that but Meditation is something we all can do!

The Kahala 08-22-2022
Yesterday we had to check out - we were sad. While time passed so quickly, we made the most of the time we had there and appreciated every moment. Good to be back home with our furry family.
I had that 'I'm still full from dinner' feeling when we went for breakfast but 'buffet' came out of my mouth!
Salad with prosciutto and bacon and smoked brisket.
Eggs Benedict
Soba salad was winnahs!
The guy in front of me said 'Whipped cream, only on vacation' I said 'me too!'
