As we all take that sigh of relief after the hurricane passed.
We can at least look back and laugh at a couple of funny moments from Hurricane Douglas.
The video is no longer available - bummer!

I stayed home again, I wasn't sure if the park still closed and wasn't sure how bad the winds were.

No surf for me today. I'm staying home to make breakfast and do any last minute hurricane preparations. Fill more water and clean up the yard.
I haven't made these breakfast potatoes in a while.
Dora and Dawn like it and it's pretty healthy - low fat and no salt.
I found these vegan sausages at Foodland - Italian and Chipotle. No meat!

After baking the veggies, add sausage and it's ready!

We had some waves but it was wind-swell waves with plenty just fading into the channel.
I just wanted to surf just in case we can't surf tomorrow.

It was so dark and overcast all morning, so I didn't take any pics. As soon as I get in, nice and sunny!
After surf I headed home to secure any loose items around the house and filled some water jugs.
