They change the feast every day, this is what they had today.

12 slices Pork Belly Cassoulet with White Beans, Mirepoix, Herbs, Tomato, & Demi Base
and

Ratatouille Vegetables
It was a lot of food for $69 and it was very tasty!

Yuki is doing so much better, he's running around and playing just like before.

Last night we went to support our local Vietnamese restaurant - Pho Time in Niu Valley
Dora got the Shrimp Teriyaki Garlic - She loved it!
Crispy Shrimp in a garlicky sauce with soup and salad!
I ordered the Vegetable stir fry with Tofu - was ono!
The soup is a pho based soup - very good!
Dawn wanted the Chicken Tofu and really liked it too!
Looks plain but it was very good - just like good Japanese kine!
Stay healthy - Eat healthy!
