Still got some fun waves but a little more windy than I expected.

At least we're surfing!  I'm grateful for that!  I think in California, surfing is not allowed.

Waves are UP!  Plenty wind and plenty current!

Looked too nasty to Foil for me - stayed on the beach.

 

Good News!  Surfing is ok!

Do you need quality shoe, bag, luggage repair or keys made at reasonable rates?  Courts surfer Richard Pae expertly repaired our luggage with new wheels, renewed my wife’s shoes & reinforced my business bag & a bike bag for foldup bike travel – all at good rates!  He also patched my 23 year old Birkenstock sandal soles for free.  Due to the corona virus slowdown his business is less than a fourth of normal & his shop landlord will not give him any break in the rent.  Please see him if you need the above services.

Wind: Strong Trades

Aloha, with the announcement from Mayor Caldwell to Stay-at-Home and Work-from-Home I questioned our activity of surfing in these times. Because we drive alone, don't congregate in the parking lot, paddle out at a distance and surf at a distance, and leave right after, I don't see surfing as a means of spreading any virus. It is equivalent to driving yourself to another location to go jogging. I'm all for flattening the curve but we all need fresh air and good exercise to maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit!   

I really want to be Socially Responsible but at the same time because surfing provides a much needed release and gives us all a sense of normality in this rapidly changing world.
