We had a mellow gathering for Christmas day lunch at the Crow's nest.

Pupus - Ahi Dip, Calamari and Smoked Salmon

Fresh Fish is a standard at Crow's

All Kine variety

Cuz Norman made some good veggie dishes - Mapo Tofu and Beans and Brussels!

Kalua Turkey

Santa Dora got me an Instant Pot!

I used the Instant Pot to make Braised ShortRibs! Winnahs!!!

Merry Christmas everyone!

It’s been busy and sometimes stressful for me lately but this Christmas season makes me remember that I should be grateful for all the family, friends and positive things in my life.

I like Christmas because it’s a time when everyone gives each other presents. For me, I like to give and I like to get. However, this year it’s more about the giving!

I hope you all have a fun, safe and Merry Christmas!

I won’t be surfing tomorrow on Christmas morning. I’d rather spend the time with Dawn and Dora having breakfast and opening presents.
