Stew Challenge 06-28-2016

Yesterday we had another cooking Challenge!!!

Every year we have a cooking challenge at work - this year it's STEW!  (Beef or Vegetarian)

 

Kitchen Stadium is open!

10 samples ready for the judges!

 

10 teams entered - 4 teams were crowned winners!

My team's entry didn't place but it was fun to taste all the different variations!

We'll try again next year!

From yesterday - we just finished our last heat - so many good waves!

It was an honor to surf with Eric and Wes. Thank you guys! We surfed hard and had fun!!!

This was the best waves in a contest I ever had at Queens. So many good sets and we worked TOGETHER as a TEAM!!!

What a difference a day makes!

Yesterday had waves but was inconsistent, shifty and CROWDED!

Today was bigger, cleaner, better and UNCROWDED!!!!!

Yesterday I found a hat, today we found EMPTY BARRELS!!!
