Looks Ono...I like to add butter,fresh ground pepper and a sprinkle of chili pepper flakes, plus some fresh thyme.I was trying to get the old chowder house taste.... I hope you got that half and half on sale ! Saw it for a dollar,at that store. A mix of half and half plus heavy cream is tasty but oh so unhealthy!;)

I just wanted a very basic chowder since I don't make it too often. Dollar? Shoots! I paid big bucks at Foodland. Yes, very un-healthy but hopefully tasty to the judges!

Just a short note. Thyme,butter and pepper are traditional flavoring ..haha vs using smoked meat and hondashi;) oh my!
