In preparation for our annual May Day luncheon at work, we get started early to insure we have enough food. This past Sunday I made one of several batches of Kalua Pig for the feast!
Start with pork butt - 2 of these babies!
Cube it up!
Add Liquid smoke, water and salt...
Roast @ 400 for 3 hours or so.
Shred it and you're done!
