Jump Rope for Heart 2014

Dawn's school is having a fundraising event for the American Heart Association again!

The American Heart Association didn't help me but they do help a lot of people especially kids with heart problems. It's a good fun way for Dawn and her classmates to learn about Heart disease, become more active and help a good cause.

Another spectacular day with super blue skies!

 

From this morning.... Dawn and I built up the 'island' yesterday and she wanted me to check on it today.

 

 

From yesterday..... we had a great beach day! 

 

 

 

This weekend I made 'Mike Kim's' Clam Chowder for the family. Ono!

 

 

 

Also made a Vegetarian Spaghetti for me!
