Saturday we went to check out my co-worker's new Taco Stand in Chinatown, Maunakea Market Place to be exact. It's called SantaCruz Taco Company and he makes a variety of Tacos from fresh ingredients!

I posted a picture on Yelp and it made it to Non-Stop Honolulu!
