Fish Report 11-26-2011
Small surf = time to fish
Toau and Moana!
Clean and filet the Toau.
Dust the filets in flour and saute in butter.
After browning both sides, set aside.
Add more butter to the pan and add garlic and sliced almonds - I like fresh garlic but sometimes I'm lazy so I cheat with the bottle kine.
Saute the garlic and almonds until garlic is browned, add a couple squeezes of lemon, then pour over filets.
Bugga was ono!

My Birthday 11-25-2011
Today is my birthday and I wanted to surf!!!!
Got down to Courts and WOW!!!
Head High rights.... yeah!
Went next door to BL and surfed with the PSH crew!!!
Got home to find Fried Rice for breakfast and a cake from Diamond Head Bakery. Look I'm only 7 years old this year?!?
Dawn helped me to blow out the candle!
Plus Tony got me this awesome canvas print of me surfing at Makaha!!!

Thanksgiving Day 11-24-2011
It's Thanksgiving day and we're going to my cousin Norman's house for lunch.
I thought I'd make a Glazed Ham.....
Ready with the ingredients!
2 hours later...... BAM!!! Looks good huh?!?!?
Our gracious hosts - Norman and Ann.

My cousin Ruth (Norman's sister) is in town from Ohio - it's nice to see her and talk about the old days.
Grandpa Crow always gives a good opening speech.
Let's eat! Baked 'Red Sea' Ulua.
Short ribs.

My Mom's famous Shrimp Pineapple.
My Ham.
Norman prepared the Turkey.
With Ono stuffing with Lup Chong!
White asparagus and potato salad.
After lunch it's bingo time.
