Tony's birthday was earlier this month but we chose last night to celebrate!
Tony's choice: Stage Restaurant in the Honolulu Design Center.
Interesting concept: A restaurant within a furniture store.
They have these cool Wine Bar stations in the bar area.

The amuse bouche - a free appetizer. This was Crisp Won Tons with a Salmon and Cream Cheese.
Dawn's choice - Hamburgers and Fries. I'm glad the waiter came and offered to get this going first so Dawn could eat early instead of waiting for all of us.
Crab Cakes looked good.
French Onion Soup was pretty good.
House Salad.
Seafood Sampler - Poke, Hamachi and Crab Cake - Tony said was a winnah!
Manila Clams - I liked it.
Intermezzo - a Li Hing Mui sorbet - refreshing.
Wafu Steak.
Kurobuta Pork Chop.
Braised Short Ribs or 'Hayashi Rice'.
My Entree - Sous Vide of Tenderloin. Super tender Filet Mignon with three sauces - I'd definitely get this again!

Kona Lobster Carbonara was looking good too!

My Haupia Sorbet - perfect ending after finishing my entree and Dora's Short Ribs.
Cheesecake.
