Wind: Cold North winds

Tiny waves in freezing cold conditions - come on down!

Yesterday was Fuj's 60th birthday party at the Key-hole. Was a fun day with awesome grinds from Sugoi's and good company with all the boys! They even had door prizes! It was a beautiful sunny day until the rain came and 'blessed' the party. At first the rain was a bummer but it actually made the party more fun when we were singing Happy Birthday and trying to keep the candles lit!

Happy Birthday Fuj!!!!!  You may be 60 but you still 'school' ALL of us in the water!

Saturday Report 01-29-2011

Saturday evening we went to my old friend Jon's house for a get-togther with some of our RHS classmates. It was a fun night with some good food and good times!

 
Pupus were good, CT brought some tender and tasty Vennison and Jon made this Fried Shrimp!

Wind: Trades

Mostly small and weak wind-swell waves with an occasional chest-high set with increased winds.

While it was marginal in the surf department, always good to get wet with your friends!

Makaha Report 01-23-2011

What a fun day! I spent the whole day at Makaha beach at the Mel Pu'u Canoe Surfing and Stand-up Surfing Championship/Quiksilver Makahiki. Big Mahalo to Janner Asuncion and Glen Moncata for hookin' me up! A full day of surfing, raffles and Ono Shoyu Chicken lunch - best of all - EVERYTHING was FREE!!!!!

Nice morning with a VERY inconsistent West wrap sets - 1 set every 30 minutes. 

I'm sure you all know... Eddie is a no go, try again next swell!
