Golf Report 01-31-2009 & Movie

We had a blast playing Golf at Mid Pac - it was such a treat to play such a beautiful course. The course was in top shape even after we ripped-up some fairways. Tony is 'The Man', he carded a 89, the lowest score of the foursome.

Courts Surf January 2009

Surf Report 01-30-2009

Surfed the second shift again - so nice to surf with some sun. It was a beautiful day with a few good small bowls pushing through. I was out with Nate and Reid Inouye and a few others.

No surf for me tomorrow - we'll be 'tearing-it-up' on the Mid Pacific Golf Course.

Kind of a dark morning, it was 7:45am but it looked and felt like 7:00am. Nice and smooth but still small.

I 'worked' the second shift this morning - SUPer smooth and empty only me, Martin and two other guys.

Weekend Report 01-25-2009

Sad to say not has changed from Friday, mostly windswell action.

I did see CS and his wife at Chuck E. Cheese on Sunday - we were both there for a birthday party.

I'll be late tomorrow - I'm taking Dawn to school since Grandma and Grandpa going Las Vegas tonight.

Surf Report 01-23-2009

Winds got stronger and shifted more NE, still very cool but not cold as it was a few days ago. The good west bowls were replaced with wind swell peaks. My advice: stay home (for real).

Wow - I was eating lunch and realized I didn't update the blog.

Today was half the size and twice the crowd. Sorry you missed it yesterday.

Kepa graced us with his presence this morning and brought with him the best day of surf in a while. Solid 2 feet with perfect west direction and perfect offshore winds. And the crowd? What crowd - maybe 3 - 5 at a time. Sorry to say "you missed it".  I gotta give today a "8". Here's Tony...

Surf Report 01-20-2009

West winds today. The West winds were light but still strong enough to mess up the surf. Us die-hards went out to ride some lumpy waves. We paddled out just as the sun was rising so we really couldn't tell how lumpy it was until we reached the line up. Still had some west bowls and it was ridable but we made it a short session.
