Surf Report 1-30-2008

Very cold this morning - check the thermometer reading in my car and the snow on Haleakala.

It was cold but the wind was light so we went out. I had some SUPer fun waves. Waves were maybe chest high and clean.

Small, Super Cold & Super Windy.

New day - same surf - small and windy. Still I had fun on my SUP. Check out Roland's brand new SUP.

A fun SUP day for me at the 'secret spot'.

Looked small cold and windy - but after paddling out we found it was small cold and not too windy.

It was bigger and better than yesterday - Bev you should have came out.

Surf looked really bad this morning - small and windy - most of us went home.

I didn't really do anything except paint a kite with Dawn.

Last night was our delayed Christmas Party at the Prince Court - we all had a great time - Big Mahalo to Bev and Randy for organizing a fun event.

Surf Report 1-18-2008

Another good day of surf. A little inconsistent but good when it came. I'm glad I rode my regular longboard today.

Surprise swell this morning.

Solid 1 - 3 feet - even Big Lefts was breaking. It was inconsistent but the crowd was light and waves were good.

Do these guys look like they're surfed out?

Surf was a little bigger today than yesterday.

I got there late because of some unusual traffic on Kalanianaole.

Hopefully it'll be better tomorrow.

This morning was small and cold.

Tony and I paddled out and caught a few waves - still better than working.
