I wanted to give Dawn a change in scenery so we went to Waikiki.

 
The expanded beach is looking good - bigger and better!

I dropped off my car for service and rode my bike back home. East side looking big but gnarly.

Btw, our team shot a 4 under 68 yesterday. Not bad for a bunch of hackers.

Wind: Light Trades

I heard the weekend was good and was hoping for the same today.  A little smaller but still a nice morning of surf.

From last week some time..... Janner looking sharp!

I started surfing at Canoes, Queens and Baby Queens when I was in elementary school and one of the kids I used to surf with EVERY weekend was Janner. He was ripping then and still ripping now!  Our parents used to drop us off in the dark, we'd surf all morning, buy something from Jack in the Box (if we had money) and play at the Biltmore Hotel Gameroom(before they blew it up).... Good memories!!!!

Today is Leighton's birthday!!!
Yesterday Tony and I hooked him up with some 'suits' from the best surf wear company around. Hey if it's good enough for Kelly Slater, it's good enough for us!
